Hear from the BoSCoC regarding the CDC Eviction Moratorium and Homelessness Assistance.  On September 4th, the CDC issued an Order for a temporary eviction moratorium that applies to all jurisdictions and all landlords and residential property owners. Tenants who meet the eligibility criteria and who are facing eviction because of non-payment of rent may be able to use the moratorium to avoid eviction and, potentially, homelessness. In this webinar, presenters will the connection between the moratorium and homeless assistance projects, focusing on how the moratorium impacts program eligibility and provision of housing assistance.
