About
The COHHIO Youth Housing Initiative uses youth-driven perspectives to advocate for the prevention and ending of youth homelessness by providing training, education, and technical assistance to youth-dedicated homeless services and housing providers.
Values:
The COHHIO Youth Housing Initiative embodies a culture of the following values:
Staff shows up to work as their whole selves. While remaining professional, we support one another and ask for help when we need it. This is how we act with integrity.
We treat each other and our partners with kindness, respect, and dignity.
We practice self-care. We recognize that we bring our best selves to work when we have time to rest and restore.
We work in a spirit of authentic teamwork, where each individual’s unique contributions are valued.
We recognize equity is at the core of our work together.
