HUD announced in June availability of $322 million for communities to develop new projects to address unsheltered homelessness in rural areas through the Continuum of Care Program. To apply for funding, CoCs must demonstrate a comprehensive community approach by submitting a written plan for serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness with severe service needs by Oct. 20, 2022.

COHHIO and the Ohio Balance of State Continuum of Care (BoSCoC) are seeking professional consulting services to assist with the development of a comprehensive plan to guide the overall approach to addressing homelessness among those who are experiencing unsheltered homelessness and those with severe service needs.
