The COHHIO Youth Housing Initiative uses youth-driven perspectives to advocate for the prevention and ending of youth homelessness by providing training, education, and technical assistance to youth-dedicated homeless services and housing providers.
The program supports providers, schools, and community agencies working to prevent and end homelessness among transition-age youth (ages 16–24), including those exiting foster care or juvenile justice systems, LGBTQ+ youth, pregnant or parenting youth, survivors of trafficking or domestic violence, and youth disconnected from school or work.

This state-funded program administered by the Ohio Department of Health offers grants to agencies serving youth experiencing homelessness and those who are pregnant.
