The SOAR Ohio State Lead team at COHHIO provides certification, training & technical assistance to caseworkers and other staff around the state to use SOAR methodology to complete SSI/SSDI applications for their clients.
SOAR Ohio Referrals
Most referrals for SOAR Ohio services happen within-agency, where an individual is already receiving other services such as case management, veterans’ services, transitional housing, etc. However, a growing number of SOAR Ohio providers are able to accept referrals for non-established clients. Find them on this map.
Use the SOAR Ohio Referral Form to provide basic information for the purposes of screening. Please note that each agency/provider provides services in its own capacity and there may be a waitlist for services.
