Shared Housing is when two or more people live together in short- or long-term housing. This practice can help households and service providers maximize available housing resources while also supporting community building and supportive relationships.
The Ohio BoSCoC offers support, training, and technical assistance to expand the implementation of Shared Housing opportunities in our communities.
Using federal criteria and benchmarks as a roadmap, the Ohio BoSCoC has developed a coordinated and standardized response to veteran homelessness. Improving system coordination, maximizing VA resources, and leveraging best practices in homeless services provision has resulted in a significant step toward our goal of ending homelessness among Ohio's veterans.
