Ohio BoSCoC Performance and Monitoring

Why It Matters

Ongoing evaluation helps keep the Ohio BoSCoC accountable to funders, to communities, and to the people we serve. The Ohio BoSCoC utilizes performance data to inform decisions, improve housing outcomes, and secure critical funding to move Ohioans out of homelessness. This section describes the methods used to measure, monitor, and improve results and ensure compliance.
The Ohio BoSCoC is held responsible to HUD, other funders, and the communities it serves through ongoing evaluation

The Performance Management Plan outlines how the Ohio BoSCoC evaluates both system-wide outcomes and individual project success. It sets performance goals, identifies key metrics, and defines how progress is tracked throughout the year.
