Ohio BoSCoC Board
Oversees strategic planning and approves policy decisions and HUD applications.
Steering Committee
Leads annual funding competitions and drives long-term planning across the Community of Care (CoC).
Performance and Outcomes Committee
Focuses on system-wide and project-level performance monitoring and improvement
Joint HMIS Advisory Committee
Provides HMIS governance and data policy recommendations for shared systems.
Project Evaluation Workgroup
Develops the annual CoC project evaluation and scoring process.
Youth Action Board
Centers the voices of young adults with lived experience in youth system policy.
Lived Experience Advisory Board
Advises on system performance improvements based on direct lived expertise.
Veterans Workgroup
Coordinate strategies to end veteran homelessness in the Ohio Balance of State.
CoC Team Support
The COHHIO CoC team coordinates day-to-day operations, provides technical assistance, organizes training sessions, and supports providers across the 80-county region.

In 2025, the Ohio BoSCoC, embarked on a strategic planning process to identify strategies and priorities to address, reduce, and ultimately end homelessness in our communities.
This work included assessing community resources, analyzing quantitative data, and gathering qualitative data through surveys, interviews, and focus groups. A Core Team composed of key community stakeholders played a crucial role by reviewing findings, developing key strategies, and identifying metrics and timelines for implementation.
Providers within the Ohio BoSCoC adhere to CoC policies and requirements to ensure system coordination and the provision of high-quality, equitable services.
Providers must further adhere to federal and state funding requirements, participate in local and regional planning, and engage with CoC-wide initiatives.
Provider Expectations Include:

Ohio BoSCoC Meetings
The Ohio BoSCoC holds quarterly membership meetings to share key updates, review system-wide data, and gather feedback from providers and partners across the state. These meetings are open to all CoC members.
