Presented by Ohio Statewide Youth Action Board members, this training will equip participants with the knowledge and skills to support youth in a way that centers their autonomy, dignity, and voice. Participants will explore practical strategies and receive resources for power sharing with youth in various contexts while learning how to communicate using a trauma-informed approach that builds trust and reduces harm. By the end of this session, participants will be better prepared to create supportive, respectful, and empowering environments for the youth they serve.
