Ohio VOTES Voter Engagement Program 2019

Ohio VOTES is COHHIO’s year-round, statewide, nonpartisan initiative to build civic engagement in Ohio’s low income communities. Ohio VOTES works with housing providers, health centers, community centers, food pantries, and homeless programs and other nonprofits to help the people they serve exercise their right to vote and stay engaged in the civic debate.

2018 Ohio Election Dates

  • Oct. 15 – 19: Early in-person voting, 8 am – 5 pm

  • Oct. 22 – 26: Early in-person voting, 8 am – 5 pm

  • Oct. 27 (Saturday): Early in-person voting, 8 am – 4 pm

  • Oct. 29 – Nov. 2: Early in-person voting, 8 am – 7 pm

  • Nov. 3 (Saturday): Early in-person voting, 8 am – 4 pm (Deadline to postmark absentee ballots)

  • Nov. 4 (Sunday): Early in-person voting, 1 pm – 5 pm (Deadline to postmark absentee ballots)

  • Nov. 5 (Monday): Early in-person voting, 8 am – 2 pm

  • Nov. 6: ELECTION DAY Tuesday, Polls open 6:30 am – 7:30 pm (Drop off absentee ballots at county boards of election by 7:30 pm)
