COHHIO's HMIS Accomplishments 2005 - 2006
2005
- Monitored the progress of the nine pilot agencies that are currently participating in the Balance-of-State HMIS
- Provided in-depth training to the next phase of agencies (approximately 40 from the Balance-of-State area)
- Brought on-line all agencies that have received funding through the Balance-of-State Continuum of Care
- Began performing regular audits of the data in the HMIS to ensure quality standards are being met
- Developed criteria for the inclusion of non-Balance-of-State funded agencies into the HMIS
2006
- Develop and facilitate advanced HMIS training (for the pilot agencies that are looking to expand their use of the system)
- Assisted in statewide agency administrator meeting in Cleveland with Barb Ritter
- Nov. 2005 had "All Hands" meeting of end users and administrative users of HMIS
- Providing monthly training for HMIS
- Currently have 98 agencies with over 250 programs that have received HMIS training
